Discover I is proud to announce that it will be hosting a summer camp for the underprivileged kids in Bagia School, South City – II. Bagia is a school for underprivileged children where the kids of the nearby slum areas are taught without any fees.

We are looking for school students who would be willing to commute themselves to the place and teach the kids any activity over a period of 4-5 days (depending on the activity) from 9-11am between 14 May and 8 June ’12. For example, the activities can range from (not limited to):

  1. Dancing
  2. Singing
  3. Drawing
  4. Crafts
  5. Computers
  6. Vocational skills
  7. Drama
  8. Your choice of co-curricular activity

For any further information or if interested, please contact Angad Singh – 09971290396 or fill out this form.

  1. Came across your site as I was researching for volunteering opportunities for high schoolers in Gurgaon. My son is very keen on volunteering and I would like to know if there will be any such opportunity this winter and the summer of 2013.

Please let me know who I should reach out to with my request.

I do look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks and Regards.

    • We’re currently finding it hard to take out time during the second term of the session, but we would be likely having another camp in the next summer in Gurgaon. We’ll contact you on the email address that you’ve provided in the comment when the planning phase starts. :)

  2. Gautam, Thank you very much for a quick response. I do look forward to hearing from you again. Regards.
